76P To do or not to do? Endometrial biopsy in younger women with abnormal uterine bleeding

Current guidelines suggest endometrial biopsy in women ³40 years old with abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB) as they are at greater risk of hyperplasia (EH) or cancer (EC). In under 40 old, there no clear recommendations regarding biopsy. This should be carefully considered younger due to the associated risks that may affect fertility. We aim study profile EH/EC our population, optimise these high-risk patients. is an observational retrospective included AUB (according International Federation Gynaecology and Obstetrics definition) who had KK Women’s Children’s Hospital Singapore 2020. Institutional review board approval was not required for this study. Women persistent intermenstrual > 3months postcoital were also included. sampling on a known background EH excluded.
